Do you remember the excitement and sense of freedom that came the day you first learned how to ride a bike?  I do.  That's me above, the proud owner of my first two-wheeler, complete with training wheels!  I was a slow learner, and after my poor Dad got really frustrated when I just wasn't getting the hang of it, two of my childhood friends gave me their version of a "crash course".  They took me to the top of the steepest hill in our neighborhood,  removed the training wheels from my bike, told me to get on,  and proceeded to push me down that steep hill!  By the time I got to the bottom, I was riding on my own, and quite proud that I had survived that hill.

Well, that was over 50 years ago, and I still ride today, although the one I use now has 21 speeds!  I still ride, because I still remember what my Dad taught my older sister, brother and me, that no matter how old you are, you can still remain as active as you were when you were much younger.  In fact, our company motto comes from my Dad's wisdom.  The motto reminds us to, "Think young, act young, BE young!"  My Dad lived what he preached, working and enjoying an active life well into his late 70's.  My sister and brother, both in their 70's now, and I in my mid 60's, still practice that motto, and so can you!
